We’re a membership organisation that is operated and governed through a not-for-profit limited company.

Our experienced team is led on a day-to-day basis by our Chief Executive, Dawn Hamblet.

Member Services

Our member services team are your primary point of contact. With 30 years of experience, they’ll ensure you always get the support you need.

Business Support

Our business support team co-ordinate the day to day running of the organisation, including the planning and organising of our training and events.

We are overseen by our Board of Directors, who work with the Chief Executive to set the strategy for the Association. Our purpose and governance is set out in our Memorandum and Articles of Association.
